1st Touch Estate Management

The 1st Touch Estate Management Module enables Housing Officers or similar field workers to raise new works orders or other calls to action, whether they are going about their routine estate patch walk duties or conducting a specific tenant visit on particular business such as an ASB complaint or rents and arrears.

Operatives can interrogate back office systems to check on activity history relating to a particular property or tenant before raising a new works order from a selection of pre-defined unscheduled job tickets that are immediately accessible from a mobile device.  These tickets include:-

•         Raising a Repair call
•         Contractor Scorecards
•         Reporting an Abandoned Vehicle
•         Reporting an ASB complaint
•         Reporting Graffiti
•         Reporting Flytipping
•         Reporting Garden or Street Rubbish

The new works order or call to action can include photographs and signatures as required.  Upon completion, they can be returned to the 1st Touch Server for validation before being returned to the appropriate back-office system and/or being communicated to possible 3rd party partners such as waste removal or cleaning contractors.
