1st Touch Energy Performance Certificate
The 1st Touch Energy Performance Certificate Module enables certified inspectors to conduct the Home Energy Survey and capture and validate the data needed to produce an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate).
Upon visiting the property, the inspector can capture key data whilst moving around the rooms of the property. Through a simple combination of drop down menus, tick boxes and radio buttons, the inspector can examine and rate key items such as loft and wall insulation, heating systems including boiler, radiators, hot water tank and gas supply, lighting and windows.
The data collected is transferred electronically to the relevant back-office EPC software in order to perform the necessary calculations, such as property energy efficiency rating and recommended value of potential for improvement, and to generate the final EPC Certificate itself. The data captured and its format can be configured to suit integration with any back-office EPC software.
